Hartland Ross is the founder and president of eBridge Marketing Solutions as well as TheHostBroker – a business brokerage for IT service providers.
As a veteran in the realms of marketing, strategy and business development, Hartland has been working in the sales and marketing of web-based technology companies since the dot-com boom at the turn of the century. He has worked with over 1,000 web hosting companies, MSPs, ISVs, SaaS providers and data centres, providing business growth, marketing strategy and industry direction advice and recommendations.
Hartland is a past board member of Young Entrepreneurs Association, was a mentor at Junior Achievement, a mentor and advisor with Founders Institute, as well as with the Beedie Luminaries Group, and is an active member of the Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO).
Hartland holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Masters degree in Business Administration with a focus on Business Strategy from the University of British Columbia.
Devin Rose is eBridge’s VP of Operations. He started with eBridge in 2014 as an Account Coordinator, and his role has evolved along with clients’ needs and market trends to encompass nearly every facet of B2B marketing. Devin is a seasoned professional in content creation, SEO, advertising and lead generation. He leads eBridge’s team of marketing specialists to drive business growth for IT Service Providers, and is the main point of contact for eBridge’s clients.
Devin graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Royal Roads University in 2011 and a Marketing Management Diploma from BCIT in 2009.
Jason Park is a full stack marketer with expertise in creating websites, SEO, analytics, and managing digital marketing campaigns. Using proven processes and a unique sense of creativity, Jason helps build digital brand strategies that are effectively translated and communicated to different groups of a target audience.
Jason has a deep understanding of what drives conversions, and continuously applies these principles to help clients achieve their business goals.
Jason graduated with a Bachelor of Technology Degree from Ryerson University, concentrating in Graphic Communications Management. He has over 20 years of agency experience working with a variety of industries, and has developed hundreds of digital marketing campaigns that simply work.
Frank is an expert digital marketer and our resident Google expert. For more than two decades, Frank has been at the leading edge of SEO and PPC marketing strategy for IT service providers. Frank joined eBridge in 2004, and over that time he's helped hundreds of MSPs and web hosting companies put their best foot forward with comprehensive search marketing strategies. If you've ever searched Google for a topic related to hosting, security or managed services, there's a good chance you've been influenced by Frank's work.
Frank holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Design from Central Connecticut State University, and keeps his skills honed by keeping up-to-date on Google certifications.
Lisa has held marketing leadership positions at technology start-ups and Fortune 500 companies for over two decades. She led the marketing strategy at mindSHIFT Technologies, including all direct, e-commerce and partner channel initiatives. Lisa also joined hosted services start-up groupSPARK to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy, helping them become one of the largest Microsoft Exchange-based SaaS providers and a Microsoft Partner of the Year for hosting solutions.
Lisa's leadership and expertise in both direct and indirect channel marketing has been recognized by leading technology vendors Citrix, McAfee and Microsoft:

Colin Dowling joined eBridge in 2018 as a veteran in our realm, having first entered the technology industry in the first dot-com boom. Since then, Colin has owned and operated a semiconductor distribution company and led sales teams at IT services and infrastructure businesses like WP Engine, GoDaddy and Liquid Web. With eBridge, Colin now serves as lead content creator and demand generator for SaaS, IT services and infrastructure organizations.
Sarah is the Client Care and Operations Manager at eBridge. With a commitment to eBridge's clients, Sarah is responsible for managing back-office operations including account receivable and payables. Sarah ensures compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. She also manages client care, addressing client inquiries and providing solutions or escalating to relevant departments as necessary. As part of Sarah’s role at eBridge, she ensures that all client interactions are handled efficiently and professionally, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and quality control.
Lyle Brian Garcia joined eBridge Marketing Solutions in 2022 the position of Executive Assistant. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Management Accounting. Lyle also has diverse work experience, including roles as Customer Service Representative, Accounting staff, Inventory Management and Quality Assurance Supervisor and Procurement to Payment Support Specialist.
As a team member, Lyle is reliable, positive and a natural problem solver. He consistently finds ways to improve business processes to the benefit of the whole team.
